Every day, a new niche app is being launched, built with Claude and/or Cursor. Don't want to pay a monthly subscription for a service? No problem, just ask AI to build it for you.

It will only get easier and easier to implement your favorite features from the apps you pay $20/mo for. But I really wonder if we'll see this at scale -- as nice as it sounds, I don't think anyone actually wants to use 20 different niche services to get things done. Maybe that's shortsighted thinking, there could be a platform that consolidates all of them.
